These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to our online competitions (“Competition”). By entering, you agree to these T&Cs. We may update them; the latest version is on our website.

1. Promoter

Masters Marketing & Management Intl Ltd (T/A 777 Competitions), The Focus Building, 1 Crimea Road, Bournemouth, BH9 1AP, UK (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
  • Excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the Competition.
  • You must provide proof of age and residency if requested. Fraudulent entries will be disqualified without refund.

3. How to Enter

  • Answer the skill-based question on our website correctly to qualify.
  • Paid Entry: Select number of entries, pay online, and submit. Each paid entry gets a unique ticket number.
  • Free Entry: Send a postcard with your full name, address, email, phone, the Competition question, your answer, and entry date to The Focus Building, 1 Crimea Road, Bournemouth, BH9 1AP. One entry per postcard; must arrive by the closing date. Bulk or identical postcards count as one entry.
  • Entries must be received by the closing date/time (BST). Late entries are invalid.
  • Internet/postal issues are not our responsibility.

4. Entry Limits

  • Free: One entry per person.  Any persons found to be trying to enter multiple times by our in house system will have all of their entries cancelled.
  • Paid: Multiple entries allowed, up to the maximum shown on the website (or until sold out).
  • No automated or bulk entries. We reserve the right to limit or refuse entries.

5. The Draw

  • Qualifying entries go into a random electronic draw.
  • Live draw on Instagram, we will allocate a draw time and date to each competition.
  • Our decision is final; no correspondence.

6. Prizes

  • As described on the website, subject to availability.
  • Non-transferable; no cash alternative except where stated (e.g., equivalent cash value at our discretion).
  • Winners cover any taxes, delivery costs, or extras (e.g., insurance).
  • Prizes collected within 30 days or forfeited.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners selected randomly from qualifying entries post-closing.
  • Notified by email/phone within 7 days of draw.
  • Must respond within 14 days with proof of eligibility and claim details.
  • If unclaimed, we select an alternate winner.
  • Winner’s name and county published on our website and Instagram (you can opt out pre-closing, but we may share with regulators).

8. General

  • Liability: We aren’t liable for any loss, injury, or damage from the Competition or prizes (except death/injury from our negligence). Your statutory rights aren’t affected.
  • Data: We use your info for admin and publicity per our Privacy Policy. Winners consent to photos/names in promo (opt out pre-closing).
  • No purchase necessary. Not connected to Instagram.
  • We can cancel/amend the Competition if needed (e.g., technical issues).
  • Governing Law: English law applies; disputes in English courts.
